I drank mostly Coke with my first and he's perfectly healthy and smart, no ill effects. I limit my caffeine more this time, just because i don't crave it the same as i did then.

I listen to the 200mg a day and usually dont even get that unless I'm craving coffee. I didn't listen to it at all with my first.

Only when I feel very tired or someone at work buys me one. Maybe once or twice a week, if that.

Yes but only one cup of coffee per day. No soda or anything else.
