Yeast infection

So I had a yeast infection and still kinda do but it’s getting a lot better because I’ve been taking azo pills and drinking lots of water. I put antibiotic ointment on my vagina lips for a couple nights because it was itchy and sore a little bit (I probably shouldn’t have done that) my vagina and skin in general is VERY sensitive. I now have a red rash next to my vagina home going down to the connecting skin of my asshole lmao. Is that just a reaction to the antibiotic ointment or a yeast infection rash??
