Milk transitioning/bottle trouble

So I am having trouble with the milk transitioning. First off she has a dairy intolerance so she is not getting whole milk per pediatrician.

The issue comes because she doesn’t want to drink milk from anything other than a bottle?

She has been drinking from a straw since she was 6 months old. She will not drink milk/formula from a straw cup. She will not drink it from a sippy cup, or a 360 cup.

I feel like I am never going to be able to get rid of the bottle?! Or the formula for that matter
