3 positive and 1 negative pregnancy test.

So I got off my period 1 week ago. But had spotting for the last 4 days. I have an ectropion on my cervix I got in my last pregnancy so thought it was that what was causing the spotting so made an appointment with the gp for the next day (today). For some reason I decided to do a preg test which was positive. Then this morning I done another 2 and positive. The dr done a little dip test and said it isn't very accurate as isn't forst pee but would do anyways. And it came back negitive and she just wrote it off as a definite negitive and that was that. I dont how to feel to what to do.
