At what age did you have to start using lube? I’m only 26 and one minute I’m fine but the next I’m all dried up 😩 I feel like it’s too soon for me to have to use lube, but here I am.

It’s actually recommend to use lube for every sexual experience, not just as you age to help protect your vaginal walls so I’ve always used it since being sexually active. 
It’s not a shameful thing to need or want to use lube, protect those sugar walls girl! 🤍

I’m 41. Never have had to use it. Lots of things can dry you up from medication and birth control dehydration etc. Clitoral stimulation turns on the faucet. Eating apples helps and keeping hydrated. There is no shame in using lube. Make sure it’s water based like astroglide nothing that heats up or is flavored that’s an infection waiting to happen.

There’s nothing to be ashamed of! I had to start using it recently and I’m only 20! After having a baby it’s kind of necessary 🤣 but according to my husband, it actually makes sex feel better🤷🏻‍♀️

I used it right off the bat because I'm tigher than most and my hymen was a bitch. There is no right or wrong age to use it and there is no shame in using it. The only issue could he a hormone imbalance that possibly causing you to be dryer than usual. If you see a sudden change in your mucus production then I suggest seeing a doctor.

I have never used it regularly. I used preseed once when TTC and it was a disaster and I realized it doesn’t actually help you get pregnant unless you need lube normally. I’m more than wet enough without help 🤷🏼‍♀️

Could it be based on how aroused you are? I used to be drier but after I got with my now husband I never had that problem again and I'm older than I was when I was drier.
