Soft finger foods/ Purée mixes

So my little boy is going to be 8 months on the 1st he’s been eating purées since 4 months old and he just LOVES food thank good because my oldest is extremely picky. My oldest is 3 and even though that isn’t a long time I don’t temper when we started giving softer finger foods to eat. Are y’all giving any now what food do y’all like to give? He has two bottom teeth and I believe we have begun working on his tops now as he’s showing signs of teething now. Also what are some new purée mixes I can try besides the most common ones.
