Tips on drying up milk supply

Lauren • Had my sweet girl 02/22/20 - 5 weeks early due to rare genetic disorder💗 Had my handsome man 09/30/22 - 3 weeks early due to low birth weight💙

My boobs became rock hard and huge last night and all through the night (without me knowing until I woke up) they leaked all over the bed.

I’m not pumping/breastfeeding so I just need tips on how to dry up.

I’m in the NICU with my daughter so supply’s are limited (like the cabbage leaves trick) lol. Thanks!
