Iud side effects !!

After my 3rd pregnancy I decided to have a mirena iud put in I hated it and only had it in maybe 4 months I had bad chest pain and lightheadedness to where I almost passed out ive had it out for about 6 months now and nothing has gotten better I'm starting to worry I'm lightheaded have bad migraines and starting to have vision issues with chest pains has anyone else had these issues with an iud ive been to the er a few times and they never take me seriously and I just get sent home with no answers
