Cramping and pinkish brown discharge

I found out I was pregnant because I was cramping and no period was coming on. This was two days ago. While the cramping has been on and off about about 1-2 weeks, and may be turning into more bloating, I also am having pinkish brown watery discharge. Two times it’s been kinda bright. But it’s usually dull. Is everything okay? It’s my first pregnancy, I don’t know how far along I am and the doctor won’t see me til March 11. My husband says I’m stressing myself out. I’m not disagreeing about that, it’s just really nerve-wrecking because I have no idea what is happening to my body.
