HELP!

I have been having kind of heavy spotting. Nothing on pad or underwear but light red/rust color when I wipe. And kind of a lot for just wiping. I started my birth control pack 4 days late, had unprotected sex, took 2 pills and stopped just in case I was pregnant and had sex a few more times that week. I started the bleeding Sunday. Mild cramping and last night I had a huge crying spell over nothing really. Could I be pregnant or is it unlikely? I don’t necessarily know when I would’ve ovulated but my doctor said I could have definitely gotten pregnant because of starting my pills 4 days late so based on that I’m guessing like 10dpo??? My bleeding stopped yesterday, last night and this morning i had VERY light pink/brown discharge. I’m really just looking for any sign that I might be 😂
