6 weeks and already have aversions and morning sickness?

Is this normal?? I don't remember being this sick this early with my first baby... Also I've been peeing a lot more early on this pregnancy too.. hoping this doesn't mean twins or anything?

I felt nauseous from my BFP at 3 weeks. Threw up at exactly 6weeks. Now 11weeks1day today and the past week only thrown up once. Slowly getting better.
