Back pain - do you get it?

Hi all, 
I always get back pain starting at 3 DPO - the rest of my cycle sporadically... until my period starts. Mainly in my lower back- does this happen to you? If so if you got pregnant did you have the same back pain that cycle?

Answer

Had back pain yesterday and this morning with some painful cramping. Started spotting this morning after cramps started to hurt a bit more. In the same boat. Pretty sure it’s my period but you never know!!
