Does taking progesterone capsules vaginally absorb quicker?

Also how does your dr have you taken it? (Not the endometrin suppositories, the actual capsules) I hear some people take everyday while others every other day? Id just like to￼ see what’s more common

I am taking every evening 200mg orally. I dont have too low of progesterone but had a previous miscarriage and were like "well maybe this will help". Didnt want to do vaginally since it is more direct and since I might get too much of a hormone response, so taking it orally because it is more diffused and takes longer and more gradually to get in my system.
