Cycle day 1 help
I’m trying to identify cycle day one... I thought it was yesterday day because I had pretty steady light pink flow all morning... but then it stopped... today I has a rush of blood while peeing(enough to turn the water red) and it lasted for an hour or so but now I’m just spotting and cramping... should I consider today cycle day 1?
