Postpartum Anxiety
I’m 7 weeks postpartum and have full anxiety attacks. They are particularly tied to fear of the flu and now the threat of Coronavirus.
The doctor put me on Zoloft but it sent me into severe panic attacks for 3 days. Anyone taking anything that has been successful with treating anxiety with little to zero side effects ?
