HELP! I lost my ring!

I’m hoping someone can help us out. I lost my engagement ring sometime this weekend while hiking with my fiancé and dogs. Based on where we were I know there is no hope in finding it if we were to go back. Can someone help us find a replacement similar to what I had as I was completely in love with the simple but elegant style. I’ve posted a picture I’m sorry it’s not the best but it works more than any other I have. We are looking for a similar replacement under $100. We haven’t had any luck as of yet.
