Symptoms went away!?

Ladies when did your boobs and nausea go away.!! I’m 9w4d today. Normally my boobs are soooo sore i could cry. But today my breasts were sore in certain areas and gradually got better throughout the day. Plus normally i throw up in the morning and can barely brush my teeth without gagging or throwing up. Plus certain smells make me gag badly. Today NOPE. I brushed my teeth normally and felt amazing all day. Should i be worried that my symptoms completely went away already this early!?!?! I hate being paranoid and worried. 😔😔
