Fell with baby in my arms

I felt so horrible! I tripped going up the stairs with my baby in my arms. I tried to break the fall but couldn’t, so she whipped her head back and hit her head on the wooden stairs.

I called the pediatrician and Iced her head. She’s acting normally for the most part, no bump. We’re monitoring her. But I feel so bad for my baby. Any words of encouragement or stories would be much appreciated. Thank you.
