Gained so much weight after having my baby!!

Sooo I’ve been feeling super ugly, fat low energy I feel horrible ☹️ I had my son 2 months ago and when I came home I looked great I felt better then ever but now I look extremely fat I have no energy to workout I also have very little time for my self, it’s usually when I’m in the shower that’s it!! When my baby is sleeping I usually hurry up and clean up or cook & help my other little ones with hw, I’ve only been getting about 5 hours of sleep...I need help loosing some weight can any one give me some tips? If your a mommy and been through this and where able to loose the weight I need your help!! Is there anything I can take to get energy or shred fat??
