A friend saw my boyfriend on Bumble.. (Dating app)

My friend texted me a screenshot of my boyfriends profile on bumble...

Now lately he has been taking longer to reply and doesn’t say much in texts.. I texted him about it and he said “I didn’t think I had it anymore” and texted again saying “I don’t”

Now..... I am shaking so bad and my heart is pounding. I do not know if he’s lying or not. I completely trusted this man and he didn’t seem like the type to cheat. He was with his ex for 8 years and never once cheated on her even though he was unhappy with her

Do I believe him?

Edit: he said he deleted the app forever ago but maybe his profile is still active

Edit again: he said he downloaded it to see if the profile was still up, he said he deleted it officially but my friend can still see his profile up...
