One Year Anniversary

Hi there! My one year anniversary is coming up and I have NO CLUE what to get him. I'm all about sentimental gifts but I'm not sure of something that I could do/make/buy that would be sentimental and something he would truly like and enjoy too. I wanted to do a weekend getaway but with my demanding work schedule and his school schedule we wouldn't be able to make that work until a couple of months after our anniversary. Any ideas of something I could give him on our actual anniversary? Thanks in advance!
