Can a doctor completely refuse to preform a tubal
I’m 22 and I have 3 children. I understand I am young but I have 3 kids. I feel truly happy. I do not want any more and I’m absolutely positive. Can my doctor completely refuse to give me one? I understand that I have no way of knowing what I want in the future. But at the same time I understand the procedure is permanent and I’m willing to live with that.
