Sinus infection

So I went to go see a nurse for some pain in my throat, pressure behind oneside of my nose and headache come to find out she thinks I have a very bad case of a sinus infection she put me on antibiotics and steroids...its day 3 on the stuff...had no headache till tonight and no soar throat till tonight now I'm getting into my head thinking I cant blow out my right nostril as good as I was getting to...shouldnt the symptoms be getting better by now? I thought I was getting better now. tonight kinda feel like I'm back at day one of when this started....I also have a over the counter spray...my 3 year old a little over a month ago poped me a good one with his head to my nose...kinda worried the fact these symptoms showed up little after that and that it's been so long now...I'm just tired...want to be healthy again and have no more headaches every day
