Please Help :( Falsely accused partner of cheating :(

I can't believe it, if only I could go back in time :(

I woke up from a horrid dream where I walked in on my partner cheating on me. It was so real and I woke up upset, hurt and crying. He then woke up and asked what was wrong, I told him just a bad dream. He then checked his phone and in my state, I thought he was trying to hide it from me. I asked why he was hiding his phone and if he's ever cheated on me or had the intention to. He promised he could never do that to me and handed me his phone telling me who had text him. I apologized for being a crazy and told him about the dream and that I just couldn't shake it's image from my mind. Everything seemed fine. But the next night I found out it wasn't. He blew up, couldn't believe after all this time, I didn't trust him. He told me how he thought things were going so well for us and now he's not sure. I talked to him about my insecurities and apologized again. Things haven't been the same since. I don't know what to do, I'd be lost without him and I feel as though my world and everything I've worked so hard for is falling apart.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and made it through? Does anyone have ANY advice they think may help?
