Should I just break up with him

My heart is broken because I never thought this person would do any of this. But tell me if I’m wrong for being hurt..

So my boyfriend has always been really into me and always reassured me and was always sweet to me. I could trust him, I just had a feeling that I could.

We got into a fight after I nagged him for a week straight about his texts not being enough and he got mad and stopped talking to me for a week.

I ended up trying to contact him and he said that it should be over, I agreed.

Then a day later I texted him asking if we could try again, he said ok.

He hasn’t been as responsive via text and hasn’t said anything cute or reassuring lately and just seems super dry.

Well my friend saw him on Bumble (dating app) and showed me.

I confronted him about it via text and he said that he didn’t know it was still up and that he deleted it awhile ago.

Well I found out that bumble only shows users that have been active within the last 30 days. I confronted him with that and he said that he got on it when he thought we were done and that he didn’t even talk to anyone and that he deleted the app when we got back together a couple of days ago.

I asked him why he lied about having he. He said that he was scared and that he shouldn’t have.

Okay........

what should I do? Trust him? Get over it? Or leave him?
