UTI question

It’s almost 5am and I’ve been up all night either just trying to sleep with a feeling of

My bladder is burning or just on the toilet trying to urinate. It’s so intense I couldn’t sleep.

BUT I was literally fine like 8 hours ago. It just came on out of nowhere. No signs that a UTI was coming on at all, and it just came on full force. Is that normal??

My doctor opens at 6am I am going then as a walk-in I need antibiotics NOW 😫 my last UTI was like 3 months ago.
