Pleasee help!! Heavy flow 🙁🙁

Hi ladies , so i am 4months pp i did have my first period already and everything was normal as usual , but this time around that i got it , it is real different , so today is my 3rd day on my period , i am having a really heavy flow to the point where i have to change my pad every 30 mins to hour maybe if not its a mess , i am also having really horrible cramps , to the point i can’t even be laying down , its my first time experiencing this so im not sure to what point is normal , has anyone gone thru it ? Should i be concerned and go to the dr or is something normal after child birth ? Thank you in advance 🙂
