What helps nausea?

This pregnancy nausea is killing me.... all day I feel nauseous. I haven’t thrown up yet, but I get really close and just feel sick all day. Any tips to help?

Eating small snacks constantly helped me and sucking on peppermints!

Ginger tea take and grate ginger and steep it in hot water for a few minutes and ad some lemon and maybe a dab of honey also helps with heartburn and try sea bands also

Try snacking, it helps to have light things to eat like saltine crackers. I had sweet candy’s that I could suck on that really really helped me out, also water, make sure you’re hydrated, and naps. I would have water with some lemon in it. Some reason sweet stuff helped a lot. I’ve heard also ginger tea, and sucking and chewing on ice cubes helped others. Some people said spicy food too.. in my prenatal class. 
My morning sickness/ nausea still happens to me and I’m in my third trimester. 😂
