Weight-to-height ratio too different

Anybody else’s baby has a vastly different ratio on the weight versus height? Mine is 52% weight and 84% height.. I have been warned by my ped in the past that it will cause “wasting” when she grows older if this trend keeps continuing.. I am so worried.. 😭😭😭
