Hip pain? Or sciatic nerve?

So I'm having sharp pain in my lower back about an inch to the right of my tailbone. It only hurts on that side when I shift my weight or walk. I'm just not sure if it's common pain due to my sciatic nerve or maybe something else? I have my 24w appt next Mon and was going to bring it up then but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this and what helps? I'm on my feet 40hrs a week at work so resting rarely happens.

I've had this on and off for weeks. It's probably sciatica. Try taking a hot bath, stretching and using a heating pad. Walking is fine too, but I would avoid hills. That usually helps me!

I had this the whole of my second trimester (also on my feet 40 hrs a day) got diagnosed with sciatic pain, the baby was lying on a nerve, went at near 30 weeks once baby moved off it lol just had to cope with it they wouldn't give me anything

Following. I'm the same way. My lower back and glutes hurt like no other. I don't know if it's sciatic or just pain. I might go back to the chiropractor again to see if she could tell me.
