Any insight??

My period is currently 4 days late. I have had negative pregnancy tests. But four the past like week and a half I keep having dreams about taking positive pregnancy tests. And then last night's dream topped the cake.

Last night I dreamt of taking a positive pregnancy test that turned back to negative. So I went to the doctor. I had blood drawn and when my labs came back they said that my hcg was 1 million. So they gave me an ultrasound at the hospital. The ultrasound rech did a transvaginal ultrasound and said she saw not one...not two.....but three babies.

Any insight as to why this may be happening??
