Nursing to sleep help!

My daughter almost always tries to nurse to sleep. I don’t really have a problem with it while I’m home but... I am a full time nurse and commute about an hour away and work 12-13 hours. When she goes to daycare is this going to be a huge problem for them, or will she adapt? She takes a bottle but won’t take a pacifier at this time. She is 5 weeks old. Will she eventually take a pacifier to help with this issue? I want to make it easy for everyone when I go back to work when she is 12 weeks old.
