TMI!!!! Healing from sex

I’m just curious if this has happened to anyone before, and how did they go about it. This is like the second time it has happened to me but it seems like my SO tore me a bit in our last episode. It’s really bothersome around the labia/vaginal area but seems to feel better if wiped or something 😭😭😭 it’s so uncomfortable but I just put a cooling/heating pad (while cool) there just to stop the pain/irritation. I definitely want to mention it since it’s been about 2/3 days and I’m still in pain. But has this ever happened to you?? What did you do/recommend?
