Contractions?

I've heard different things about them but what do they actually feel like? 33weeks ftm and she feels like she's boutta fall out all the time and any time I walk I waddle alot and hurt

Mine felt like lower gut pains. Comparable to when you get really bad pain right before you have to run to the bathroom to 💩 except they last longer, become regular, and increase in pain.

Mine did not feel like what others describe- they did not feel like period cramps to me. They did not start at the top of my abdomen and travel down, like my ob said they do. My back never hurt. My contractions felt like the most excruciating muscle spasm in my vagina. It was like nothing i ever felt before. I only had pain in my vagina- no where else. Mine first started like a belly ache like when you have diarrhea. And then progressed to the muscle spasm sensation.

They wrap around from your back to your stomach and feel like a thousand tiny sharp knives stabbing you all at once. It's not like period cramps it's more of a sharp pain. At least they were for me but my water also broke and she was sunny side up so I had horrible back labor and I've heard water breaking makes them more intense but idk for sure.

Bad period cramps. They aren’t that bad in my opinion. I had back labor and was induced.

The only thing I can say is tou will know. They start like period cramps and get worse. I just knew when I had them. I woke up and said "is this it?" Went to work and within an hour of being at work I knew. I worked for another 6 hours and went home.
