Had sex 😬

So me and my husband finally had sex at 7 weeks postpartum after being cleared by my doctor. I stopped bleeding around 2 weeks postpartum and that weird jelly discharge stopped around 4 weeks. Well anyways after we had sex there was light pink blood whenever I would wipe when I peed (never got on my underwear. But then at night I started bleeding bright red blood but I didn’t even need one of those thin panty liners. My husband checked me down there and I didn’t have any open cuts or anything like that. I’m gonna ask my midwife about this but has this happened to any of you guys?
