Cough remedies while BF

Hi ladies, it’s Sunday so I’m SOL in contacting the doctor. I have an awful cough that is keeping our whole house up at night. I know I can’t take anything with pseudoephedrine because it can dry up milk, but anyone have any suggestions on meds or natural remedies that could help with the cough? I drink tea with lemon and honey but honestly this is a cough that definitely needs meds. I don’t want to do anything to harm my supply (ebf 9 months now). Thanks!
