Just curious! The guidance we've gotten from doctors here is only if it's a high fever (39.5C / 103.1F) or if baby is in discomfort. Henry's temp has been going up and down all day (peaked at 39.1C) but we haven't treated since he's been his happy self (except for fussing when we cleaned his nose). 
If your baby had a snotty nose / fever, how long did it last?

Fevers are not a bad thing! It is their body’s way of fighting off an illness. Treat your child according to their discomfort, ignore the number on the thermometer!

Edit: ok, he seemed to be suffering at bedtime so we gave him some ibuprofen 😔 poor baby; hope it helps!

Poor nugget ☹️ Ellie had a fever from Tuesday- Friday ranging from 99.2 all the way to 103.6. She has cold symptoms like runny nose and a really icky cough. I gave Tylenol every 6 hours like clockwork because I know that when my personal temp goes above 99, I’m feeling cruddy. 
Use your momma gut, you know him better than anyone else!
