Sex after baby

My husband and I had sex for the first time in 6 months! I had a horrible pregnancy constantly sick and in and out of the hospital, irregular H.E.L.L.P syndrome and a gallbladder that caused so much pain. Anyways, my husband and I had sex when i was 2 months pp and I was TERRIFIED but excited. Now here we are 3 days later and my lady bits are still sore. I'm so sad because i want to be able to have our sex life back but man i feel like i did after i pushed out my baby. 🤣 please tell me I'm not alone in pain after sex pp.
