Why does he do this? He doesn’t have a tongue tie & we’ve tried different bottles & putting him in different positions and he still does this (ps its not a huge issue because he is gaining weight and eating enough) anyone else’s baby eat like this?!

The teat is the wrong size. You need a faster flowing teat so he doesn't have to suck so hard.

Have your tried different bottles. It seems he cant get a good suction with the one your using.
