Anyone else go early?

I’m 35w 4d and the doctor just called and said my 24 hour urine test came back elevated. They think I have Preeclampsia. I’m waiting for a call from my birthing hospital to see how elevated and what our next steps are. Was just curious if anyone else has had their baby before 37 weeks and how much help they needed after they were born? Did they just need oxygen or did they have to go to the nicu or were they perfectly ok? I know every baby is different. I’m just trying to get a feel for the situation.
