Can babies have bread and cheese?

I feel like there is a lot of salt in bread and cheese, pasta ect... but I see a lot of people feeding babies these things.

The only thing babies under 1year can't eat is honey.

I mean define baby. 3 months? No. 7? Absolutely. Be conscious about the food decisions you make for your kids but they’re not on a diet. They can (and should) eat carbs and cheese.

Yes. Every country has different « rules » when it comes to baby food, that is I follow infant nutritionist advise and give my baby everything ( except honey, raw fish, junk food or any dessert).
Ramen, sushi, cheese, prosciutto, exotic fruits, dim sum items, my baby loves all of it. 😊

You're totally right! They do both have sodium. This is why I offer toast and cheese in small quantities. Veggies, meat, fruits, baby can have as much as he wants but I only offer one piece of toast or a bit of shredded cheese in his eggs.
