4 weeks pregnant

Hi. I've recently found out I am four weeks pregnant after losing 4 babies. So every ache and pain is making me panic. I've had a dull belly ache for the past two days. It in my lower stomach, moves from one side to the other. Is this normal? I've also noticed that my belly is making all sorts of strange noises and rumbling. Could this be just gas and bloating? I'm trying to avoid doctors as I feel like they stress me more and it's not needed at the moment with me been so early. Any advice would be appreciated ♥️
