Random question... any phlebotomists out there?

So I'm taking over a position at a clinic I work at, 2 days a week I'll be drawing the blood for all the providers... they bought me a chair and everything... but it's a short chair and my back hurts already just from looking at it. I'm not comfortable sitting while I draw blood... I'm usually standing for all the procedures I do. Anyway... any suggestions for what to do? Or should I just suck it up and sit(which is weird to me) or bend over and hurt my back😂😃.
