Crying...
I was a crier before pregnancy...but my doctors said I was not depressed. I know I cry when I am overwhelmed and stressed....which since I learned I am pregnant, I feel that I am not doing enough to stay on track with what needs to get done before baby is here. I try telling myself that this is a lie and that I am doing plenty....What mindfulness practices are people doing to keep themselves positive?
