Can I start using tampons ??
I’m 7 weeks postpartum I had my appointment at almost 5 weeks my dr said I was healed just waiting for the remaining sutures to fall out it’s been 2 weeks since then but she didn’t say if I was cleared to be intimate again or even use tampons . I can’t stand pads but don’t want to use tampons if it’s still too soon . What would you recommend ?
