Need advice

My husband and I have a great relationship the only problem is his speeding! I’ve told him so many times not to speed I don’t want anymore tickets. 2 tickets ago it really hurt us and we had to move into his moms just to pay it off. We’re back on our feet and living alone. But during the time we were at his mom he got ANOTHER ticket And I told him he needs to change. Last night he told me he got a ticket the other day and I don’t know what to do. It’s like he doesn’t listen and doesn’t care he speeds all the time. We’re like on his 8th ticket ! :/ w
