Am I doing something wrong ?

Okay so my son is 6 months old and I feel as if I’m doing something wrong with him because he used to be the most cuddly baby he wouldn’t fall asleep if he wasn’t in my arms and I was cuddling with him but now he won’t even let me hug him I mean he smiles at me and stuff but he won’t fall asleep in my arms he won’t show me love or affection or anything for me to say awe my baby loves me 😭😭😭
Am I that much of a bad mom that even thou I spend every single second of my life with him he doesn’t love me ?

If anything I think it shows hes confident enough in your affection that he knows you'll always be there for him, even when hes not holding on to you. I think it's a good sign.

Aww he resembles my son a little so crazy! My son has hair exactly  like that, just a little bit shorter though.
You're  nor doing anything wrong! Babies go through  different developmental  stages, we should always remember that eventually they'll  even have times where they'll  prefer  daddy over mommy etc, but they don't  love us any less. 
He might just need some space,  maybe personality wise, he just might not like to be very snuggly. Since they're  constantly developing, they're  not always going to be the same.
You're  doing great, always need to remind myself of this as well. He looks beautiful, happy, healthy

My son was a huge cuddle bug, still kinda is but since he started crawling he’s so independent. I can’t get him to love on me anymore lol. The second I pick him up he tries to get out of my arms and doesn’t want to be held 
It’s not you mama. They are just little monsters now they are learning freedom 😊

No not at all ! My daughter goes through fazes we’re she wants her space from me I’m always hugging and kissing her checks she likes to do her own thing sometimes so I back off and only attack her with kisses before bed Bc I can’t help it lol 😆 
Some babies just get like that I’m sure he will be a cuddly and loving baby again.
