Would it be bad to call off if my fever doesn’t go away?

I woke up this morning feeling like garbage. When I took my temp, it was 100.5 so I asked my boss if they even wanted me to work. She told me that they needed me but that if I started to feel sluggish, she would let me leave. Throughout the day, I was pretty miserable. My temps went up to 101 throughout the day and medicine was only bringing my fever down to 100 even. I was cold, my head hurt, my throat felt like it was on fire and my eyes felt very heavy but I tried to stay. They ended up asking me to leave an hour early and told me that they wanted me to rest up to come back tomorrow. Well when I came home, my temps only continued to go up, getting as high as 103.5, even after medicine.
