Toddler stomach hurting after UTI

She just got off 10 days of antibiotics last Thursday now yesterday all of a sudden she got up acting like how she was with the UTI but instead she pooped. Then this morning at 5am she was a little gassy & started acting the same way as the UTI again then randomly screamed & grabbed her diaper, but then calmed down after i started talking to her. So she fell back asleep then woke up at 8:30am again and acted the same way again but pooped and now is feeling better

Could it be because the antibiotics threw off her healthy gut bacteria? I plan on calling the doctor but would love to see if anyone has had any similar experiences
