It was the coolest thing I’ve ever seen

I got to go with my brothers ex girlfriend to her drs appointment with her specialist.

The twins share a placenta so they have to be checked on via ultrasound every few weeks. She had a stress test too, and with those you can hear the babies kick and they kicked so hard that the machine got super loud and crap started flying off of It lmao. The stress test was perfect.

4lbs 10oz and 4lbs 12oz so they’re perfect.

Watching them move around in the womb on ultrasound was seriously the coolest thing ever. I have never been to anyone’s ultrasound so this was so fun to me. Amazing how much they move with what very little room they have. She’s almost 33 weeks

I also had no idea how long they do the ultrasound. They sit and measure every single little thing about the babies so you get to see their hearts beating and their heads moving around, I think one twin stuck her finger up her nose. They were swallowing fluid and practice breathing. These babies got some muscles that you can SEE on the ultrasound. She wanted me to go because she’s further along and just doesn’t want to drive out there alone and my brother was working but I’m so thankful that I had a chance to go.
